After carrying your trash around for 1 week, please write at least 5 sentences about what you noticed and what surprised you. Please discuss one thing that you will change after having carried your trash for 1 week.

I noticed that as my trash kept building and building every day. What surprised me was what was in my trash. I noticed that there were some people that had more trash than me. When I realized that I thought that the trash I made wasn’t too much. When I looked in my trash bag I saw some things that I knew I could change. Now I know to be careful with my resorses.

I think that people should clean up after them because they are destroying the planet by loitering.recycling helps people not waste things.i had collected lots of water bottles that were beingthrown away instead of being reused.

After carrying my trash for one week I’ve noticed that we all use so many things. When my group and I combined our trash we had lots of bottles and paper that we can recycle. I’ve noticed that I use so much paper for no use. I was so shocked that I cut lots of paper and I never recycled it. For now on I will recycle all my recyclable things I use or don’t need.

I was surprised that during a week, I used so much packaging and trays. After this I will try to use the least amount of things that may pollute the earth if it ends in the wrong place.I think that the way things are made, which is to break faster so consumers buy more, is messing up our earth. Corporations should make things last longer, but they can make it cost more, if they want more money. If you think, if carrying a weeks worth of trash is a lot, think about carrying a YEARS worth of trash! Most of that trash will end up in landfills.

I was surprised of how much trash our class was producing. There were so many different kinds of trash. Like bottles, cans, plastic bags, etc. For the future I wish there were no more pollution so the earth can be clean and healthy for the people to live there. And for everybody to reuse everything they have except for the finished food.

After carrying a bag of trash for a whole week, I notice that I can collect a lot of trash. Some of the trash that I’ve collected were water bottles and newspapers. I also collected many recyclable things. This project made me think of ways to have less trash. For example, i can reuse things like waterbottles. While I was working on this project, I notices that most of the trash can be reused, composted, and recycled.

I think people use too much paper or napkins. I think a lot of people l
Litter and nobody knows. That can pile up to a big mountain. I think people can reuse but they don’t want to because visitors might think it is creepy so they don’t recycle. I think we should ship the trash into a spaceship or put a dome over the landfill and burn it. nobody really likes to recycle but if they want to but if people want to live longer they should RECYCLE!!!

Well I was surprised that the amount of trash was really big and how people were grossed out because they could smell all off the trash. I have noticed that everybody’s trash keeps on growing and growing until it almost over fills the bag.I have also noticed that most of the trash could be recycled and reused like water bottles and napkins.we could use aluminum bottles.you can also use towels instead of napkins.
